My entire career has been service, sales and marketing oriented. I spent over 10 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry where I started working the in the hardest sections of NYC selling in a very competitive market. With hard work and persistance I earned my way into the corporate end of the business and spent years in sales, management, marketing and product launch. I have what it takes to market your property, match your needs for a new home, and to negotiate you the best deal. I made that hard decision after becoming a Regional Business Director of my own team, to step down and start my biggest accomplishment- my family.

My husband took a transfer with the FBI from the NYC field office to work here at Quantico. We decided that this was a wonderful place to raise our family and set roots. We have two beautiful children who are very involved with activites here in the community and school. Stafford was also a good fit as we live near the back gate of Quantico making a short commute to work for my husband.

I enjoy working out here at one of the local gyms, playing with the kids outside at one of the many parks, skiing, swimming, waterskiing (at Lake Anna), scuba diving, chasing the dogs and yes traveling and shopping!

About Denise:

I grew up in Michigan and graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Business/Marketing. I worked in the customer service industry for many years before getting married and becoming a Marine Corps wife. My husband and I have PSC'd many times in the last 17 years and have bought and sold many homes along the way. I have personally gone through the relocation process as both a home buyer and seller. My experience will help make your move as smooth as possible. I have lived here in the Stafford area since 2006, my children attend school here and participate in many community activities. My knowledge of the area will help assist you in making your next move a positive experience.

About Lisa:

I am a prior Marine and the wife of an active duty 26+ years Marine. Our family has relocated countless times over his career, renting, purchasing and selling homes along the way. I sincerely understand the requirements and needs of military and re-locating families--locally, state-to-state, and internationally.

My formal undergraduate degree was not at all linked to the majority of my professional work experience in marketing. Marketing was an opportunity that I moved into, thoroughly enjoyed and has greatly influenced the way I view all aspects of real estate. I followed my passion and was licensed as a realtor in 2002 with Century 21 in Temecula, California. Real estate has been the perfect career choice and compliment to our relocation requirements. Having a deployable spouse, young children, who now range from college to elementary age, and countless relocations, I was still able to have a career, pursue an MBA, and still focus on family.

We chose Virginia as our final stop and the place we call home. Two children in Virginia Universities, another in high school, we want to share in those memories and plant roots in Virginia. The friendly people, small town living, with big city attractions not far away--Busch Gardens, Kings Dominion, Virginia Beach, Ocean City, Maryland, the history that Washington D.C., Fredericksburg, Williamsburg have to offer, and notably the public school system and prominent universities only enhanced our decision to make this location long term.
